Codeck puts every Codex and Claude Code task on one keyboard deck with live status, so you can see which ones finished and jump back to the right conversation in one keystroke.

Codex tasks that run on this computer show live Running and Completed status.

Codex cloud tasks do too, through an experimental connection that is on by default and can be turned off in Settings.

It relies on an interface OpenAI does not officially support, so it may stop working after a ChatGPT update; when it does, cloud tasks still appear in your deck without live status.

A Quick Task starts a new Codex or Claude Code task without switching apps first.

Press Option + Command + N, speak or type the task, choose the project folder, and pick the agent. Codeck opens the task in that app, and can send it for you if you turn on auto-send.

Yes. Showing the deck, starting a Quick Task, and the deck’s own commands can each be reassigned in Settings.

The Right Command + Right Option gesture is a separate, optional way to reveal and cycle the deck.

No. Basic Claude discovery leaves your settings alone. Codeck does not upload task content or recorded audio, and it has no in-app behavioral analytics.

Enhanced Claude status is optional and removable; Quick Tasks go only to the provider you choose.

Live Codex cloud status connects your Mac directly to OpenAI with your existing Codex sign-in, never to a Codeck server.

First activation requires internet. After that, Codeck works offline for up to 30 days after a successful verification.

To move your license, deactivate the old Mac in Settings or contact support if you no longer have it.

Codeck requires an Apple silicon Mac running macOS 14 Sonoma or later, plus ChatGPT for macOS, Claude Desktop, or both.

You need your own provider account and any subscription it requires; these are not included with Codeck.

Claude Code requires an eligible Claude plan, and its tasks must start in Claude Desktop. Terminal-only sessions are not supported in 1.0.
